Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients including midmarket and enterprise companies, helping to drive their success with our innovative email production and sending platforms Sendwithus and Dyspatch. We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who is excited to learn the technical ins and outs of our products in order to become a passionate customer advocate. You’ll partner with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive long-term customer success, improve feature adoption, develop customer success stories, and grow accounts with referrals.

OTE: $105,000-135,000 CAD (with uncapped commissions)
Base: $73,500 - $94,500 CAD
* Dyspatch is a remote company. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada with a valid SIN. You must be available to join daily during our core hours of 10:00 to 14:00 PT.
In The First 3 Months, You’ll…
- Become an expert in Sendwithus and Dyspatch customer usage and contracting
- Take ownership of renewal execution and subscription conversions
- Build relationships with current customers and take over the client portfolio from the current Account Manager
- Create a strategy around up-selling through regular customer engagement
- Communicate important product and feature announcements to enterprise customers
- Run account health checks and proactively help customers get better at using the product
- Appropriately triage customer requests (e.g. technical support vs customer success)
- Begin building account action plans to help define appropriate expansion strategies
In The First 12 Months, You’ll…
- Continually aggregate and provide customer feedback to the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Strengthen customer relationships to grow revenue and mitigate churn
- Create strategies and processes to correctly identify enterprise upgrade opportunities from our existing self-serve customer base
- Demonstrate account ownership and seek organic growth opportunities
- Work with clients to leverage their networks for referrals to new teams or new accounts
- Plan and execute customer tours to generate focused customer feedback for the Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales Teams
- Regularly schedule and lead customer meetings and QBRs
- Keep up with industry news and proactively share it with the larger team and our customers
