The Technical Challenge
Before coming to Dyspatch, Healthylife was building their emails directly in their marketing automation platform using a WYSIWYG email designer. But the built-in editor didn't offer enough flexibility for reusing modules or designing guardrails to accommodate their strict brand guidelines. Creating email templates was a cumbersome, one-off process that was prone to design errors, and emails were slow to build. What Healthylife needed was an email design system that complemented their brand guidelines, to make sure that anyone on their team could create new emails that were on-brand and ready to send in minimal time.
