Dyspatch AI Policy

Introduction

Dyspatch’s Scribe AI is here to help you create and change DML modules in Dyspatch! Scribe AI is a co-pilot that is well versed in DML, and can provide tips and re-writes to improve your email code on the fly. We continue to expand Scribe AI’s capabilities; our goal is that you use Scribe AI to improve your workflow in Dyspatch. 

Data privacy and processing

Dyspatch only sends information to the Models as specified by user actions. We do not and will not permit third parties to use your content or Personal Data to improve or train their AI models.

We collect usage data. This may include prompts, code snippets, and edits made to the code. We use this data to evaluate and improve our AI features.

Accuracy

Dyspatch makes absolutely no claims, guarantees, or representations pertaining to the quality or accuracy of Dyspatch AI features. AI models are error-prone, and can make mistakes, misunderstand prompts, hallucinate answers, and introduce bias. You are fully responsible for the code you execute, and Dyspatch has no responsibility for any damages or issues resulting from your use of Scribe AI or other Dyspatch AI features.

OpenAI policies

If you choose to use the Dyspatch’s AI feature(s), you may not use the Dyspatch AI features in a manner that violates OpenAI’s Sharing and Publication Policy and Community Guidelines.
