Good question. If you’re using Dyspatch to create AMP emails, this won’t be an issue. Dyspatch automatically creates an HTML fallback version of your AMP email templates. So if your customer’s email client doesn’t support AMP, they’ll still have a good user experience. They just won’t be able to complete certain actions, like locking their account or chatting with customer support, right from an email.

When you send an AMP email, it’s always accompanied by a standard HTML version for email clients that don’t support this functionality. Since the HTML fallback version can’t be changed, it serves as a carbon copy that preserves the original email content. So you can always refer back to the original version of the email if need be.
