They say big things come in small packages, and that rings especially true of today’s fresh releases. We’re proud to announce four small improvements and additions to the Dyspatch platform that improve quality of life, and empower users to reach farther within the app!
Let’s start with our (and your) favorite:
Download email as PDF
Whatever your reasoning may be, there may come a time when you need to export your email as a PDF. Now it’s as easy as 2 mouse clicks!
You’ll notice a new dropdown arrow next to your Preview button on the top right corner of the editor. Click that, then click “Download as PDF” and watch the magic happen.
Autocomplete variables
You can now effortlessly and intuitively access variables used within blocks in your template, and local template sample data, using the rich text editor command “/”. Once you type your forward slash, an autocomplete suggestion dropdown will appear to show you all variables that match your phrase!
Copy/paste content with links
Many of us work in Google Docs or other word processing software to draft our email copy. You may have noticed that pasting text into the Dyspatch editor would mean losing your hyperlinks. Good news - next time you go to paste in your email copy, your links will work perfectly!
<dys-img> enhancements
For those of you familiar with DML, you’ll be pleased to hear that the <dys-img> tag now supports editing the height and width through the visual editor! One less bit of coding 😉
If you have any questions about these updates, or need any assistance whatsoever, our support team is always here to help. Feel free to reach out to us using the chat bubble in app, or via email at support@dyspatch.io
