With this app, you can add interactive, flexible product review or feedback surveys to your email templates in Dyspatch. You can customize the question you ask in Dyspatch and specify a Google sheet where the answers will be tabulated.
If you’re unfamiliar with review surveys, they include one question along the lines of, “How likely are you to recommend this product or service to a friend or family member?” Respondents can choose to rate their experience out of five stars — one meaning it’s not at all likely they’d recommend your product or service and five meaning it’s extremely likely they’d do so. Consecutively, there is an input where respondents can share their thoughts further.

How can I set up the Review in Email app in Dyspatch?
The Review in Email app is available to all Dyspatch customers. Let us know if you’re interested in trying it, and we’ll activate it for you. If you’re on a free trial, get in touch with us for options to access the app.
Once we add the app to your account, you’ll be able to access it through the updated “Apps & Blocks” tab. Simply customize the app to suit your needs at the block level. Then, the app will appear in the visual editor where you can drag-and-drop it into your templates. You can view the AMP version of your template and the automatically generated HTML fallback layer using the toggle in the top right menu.
When it comes time for testing, you’ll be able to send yourself and your team members an AMP and an HTML version of your template to ensure email quality and to see exactly how your email will appear in your respondents’ inboxes.
