Sharing an email with stakeholders before sending is a key step in every email team’s workflow. Dyspatch has many options to ensure you get feedback and signoff from the right people at the right stage in the email creation process, from locking a template once it’s ready for review to sending a test email to anyone in your organization.
We’ve recently added a new option to get feedback from the right person at the right time: A shareable URL to the template for anyone who is in your email creation process, even if they aren’t in Dyspatch.
We’ve also included a few clever options with this shareable link, including:
- Keeping the link private to Dyspatch users, or making it public to any guest user with the link
- There is an expiry on the link, so that it is no longer available after 48 hours
- And an option to override the expiry date to deactivate the shareable link
And the best part? Guest users can leave comments, view metadata, and view drafts with localizations. Their feedback is essential and it’ll be a cinch for them to review your email.
