Our interactive email functionality like Review in Email, Poll in Email, and NPS in Email just got a huge functional upgrade!
Previously, any data you collected from Apps in Email would be stored in a Google sheet. Which is fine, if you're just testing the waters with AMP email. But we knew that enterprise orgs would rather send that data to their CRM, or pipe it into a Slack channel for a more integrated approach
So we thought to ourselves:
“We could integrate our Apps in Email with 100 different popular tools… OR… we could integrate with Zapier!”
So we did just that! Now, any data you collect from your AMP emails can be sent to any of the 5,000+ apps that Zapier integrates with. For example:
- When someone fills out your NPS in Email, Zapier sends their score directly to your #NPS channel in Slack.
- When someone answers your Poll in Email, Zapier sends their responses to the user research team's email address.
- When someone gives you feedback through Review in Email, Zapier Tweets their star rating and review from your account.
